Shaving Oil Directions

1: Pre Shave Skin Prep
Using an exfoliant - let us take this opportunity to shameless plug our perfect for exfoliation Utility soap here - scrub your face. Exfoliating helps raise hair and remove any impurities clogging pores

2: Use Hot Water
Before you shave, wet your face with hot water or shave immediately after you shower. Another effective method is to warm a damp hand towel in the microwave for 30 seconds and drape it across your face, this effectively softens your beard hair.

3: Apply our Irish Shaving Oil
Depending on how long it’s been since your last shave you’ll need to apply a different amount of shaving oil. If it’s just a five o’clock shadow you shouldn’t need more than 5 drops, if you’ve gone full Sasquatch you’ll likely need anywhere from 8 to 10 drops of shaving oil.

4: Wet Your Face
If you get impatient about getting something wet multiple times, then you gotta up your game. Apply lukewarm water to your face and begin shaving with the grain.

5: Post Shave Care
After shaving wash your face with cold water to close your open pores. Apply two drops of our natural shaving oil to your palms and gently massage into your face for extra comfort and smoothness.

Aftershave Directions
1: Dry Your Face
Dab your face dry with a clean towel after shaving with our shaving oil.

2: Splash On Our Natural Aftershave
Liberally splash on our Dublin Bay aftershave which is formulated to help reduce the redness of razor burn and soothe any nicks or scratches.

Cold pressed organic Jojoba (simmonsia cinensis) seed Oil, Vitamin E (Tocopherol), Seabuckthorn Oil, Verbena, Lavender and Jasmin

Aftershave Tonic
Irish Whiskey, Ethanol (Denatured), Isopropyl Mistrate, Monopropylene Glycol, Bay (Laurus Nobilis) oil, Grapefruit (Citrus Paradisi) oil, Clove (Eugenia Caryophyllus Bud) Oil, Vanilla Extract, *Limonene, *Linalool - * Occur naturally in essential oils.

Returns 

• Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
• Swaps are always free (net the difference in product costs).
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 day period. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
